  • The Cottage rents for a minimum of 5 nights.
  • Checkin is 3pm, check-out is 11am.
  • 3 bedrooms, all with Queens beds.
  • Ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room.
  • Window Air Conditioning 
  • There is a 46 inch flat screen tv (cable + internet streaming), DVD player, stereo system & internet.
  • Kitchen has all essentials; Microwave, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans & basic spices.
  • Cleaning supplies, bathroom essentials, (linen & towels not supplied).
  • BBQ.
  • Firepit.
  • 6+ bicycles.
  • Use of a wagon for the beach.
  • Lots of family games: volleyball net, washer toss, board games, etc. 
 
   

 

House Rules
  • Must be 25+ years old to rent.
  • No smoking.
  • No large pets.
  • No parties or events.
  • Check-in time is 3PM.
  • Check-out time is 11AM.
Payment Schedule
  • 15% deposit due upon booking (non-refundable).
  • Remainder of fees are due 30 days prior to check-in.
  • A $300 security deposit is required, which will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
  • All payment are through eTransfer.
Cancellations
  • Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation within 30 days of check-in is non-refundable.
